Getting started

We are very happy to have you as our guest. To receive a time that fits your schedule, we do recommend that you book your spa or hair service in advance to guarantee your optimal time. Upon booking your spa or hair service, we will require a credit card number to reserve your appointment. We understand that your schedule can change. We kindly ask that you please give us 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If 24 hours is not provided, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card.

We would appreciate upon your first visit, to arrive 15 minutes prior. This will allow time for you to change into our spa attire, receive your consultation, and enjoy a warm cup of Aveda Comforting Tea before your service. We want you to experience the upmost relaxation while you spend your time with us.

When entering our spa area, we would appreciate if all cell phones are turned off and noise is kept to a minimum to guarantee a comfortable, relaxing experience for all our guests.

We also recommend that you arrange childcare during the time of your visit to assure that you fully enjoy your service and that other guests benefit as well.
